What if our April Fool’s joke became a reality?
On April 1st, we launched an initiative both fun and local: installing our Goût’stave autoclave in self-service at the Saverne marina, allowing residents to safely sterilize their own preserves. An exceptional setting, stunning views of the Château des Rohan, freshly caught sardines, and a high-performance autoclave!

But behind the humour lies a serious ambition: to strengthen local food autonomy through concrete, responsible and sustainable conservation solutions.
Designed for small volumes, easy to use, and energy- and water-efficient, Goût’stave meets the needs of small canneries, local producers, associations, ESATs and communities committed to reducing food waste.
