At STERITECH, Pierre GAVIGNON, Chairman, is on all fronts: R&D, Technical, Sales… and he’s always calm as a cucumber! But where does his positive energy come from?
No doubt from the many secret gardens he cultivates in his spare time: bee-keeping, permaculture, ecology.

Tania is STERITECH Administrative and Financial Director. Far from the usual cliché about the austere profile of accountants and financial executives, Tania is a very pleasing person, smiling and exuberant! She practices many sport and cultural activities, which fuel her tremendous positive energy.

Alban’s versatility is one of his greatest characteristics! At weekends, he puts on his DJ hat to mix at birthday parties, or his biker’s hat to travel the roads of Alsace, and during the week, Alban wears his technician’s assembly and after-sales service hat.

David has been STERITECH Shop Foreman since 2012, showing a great deal of dedication, rigor, and attention to detail. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the doting Daddy and do shopping with his two beloved daughters!

If you can’t find Henri in the automation design office, he is probably discovering new horizons on his motorcycle or boat! He is always willing to learn new things, that’s what makes his strentgh every day.

Eric started his work as Assembly-Welder in 2017. He loves open-air activities, hiking, and mountain bike.

Born in Hoerdt, the Alsatian city of asparagus, and married to a stockbreeder, she chose to work in an office far from her farm, and provides efficient administrative support always with good mood to STERITECH Management since 1995.

Christophe WENDLING, Automation and IT Manager, has a formidable weapon with which to create a good atmosphere in his department: his smile!

Daniel has worked as a welder at STERITECH since 2012. Known as “Dany”, he is very active in his spare time, practicing open-air activities, motor bike, do-it-yourself, cooking, and wine tasting!

If you don’t find Victor in his office or on the road developing business in German speaking countries, he is probably on stage playing bass in his band.

Benjamin GUIGON, our Automation Engineering Manager, brings his rigour, joy of life and adaptability to our team. Apart from his responsibilities, he finds his balance by spending precious time with his family, hiking or riding his motorbike!

When she’s not travelling to the 4 corners of the world, Yaëlle enjoys photography and hiking in the mountains. After an internship and apprenticeship at Steritech, it’s with a big smile that she joins us as HR Officer.

Jennifer works as assistant in STERITECH Accounting Office. But she is also skilled in measuring sugar, flour and other key ingredients for making succulent pastry!

Gabriel is responsible for designing STERITECH mechanical projects, and a dedicated supporter of Strasbourg Football Club. Please refrain from criticism of Strasbourg TeamJ

Keen of all kinds of sliding sports (kitesurf, wakeboard, snowboard), Sébastien brings a new lease of life to STERITECH’s mechanical Engineering Office, which he has been managing since the end of 2018.

Christophe D. is a welder in the boiler making workshop. And when he removes his protective mask, he enjoys long hikes in the woods, watching out for the forest king, the stag!

When he leaves his job as welding coordinator and technician in the Mechanical Engineering Department, Maxime KIEFFER is a calm man who seeks adrenalin in French boxing and motorcycling, or the pleasures of taste from his kitchen!

Originally from Haute-Marne, Pauline worked in a forge before discovering our beautiful Alsace and joining Steritech! Pauline, a technician in our mechanical engineering department, is extremely rigorous in everything she does! An avid fan of manga and drawing, she also relishes the adrenalin of motorcycling and enjoys DIY moments with her partner.

For over 30 years, Thierry LECHNER has been STERITECH Sales Manager. He is fully dedicated to the development of the business, at both international and national levels, with considerable pugnacity. No doubt that his experience in the teaching of martial arts (as a Federal Karate Instructor) in his leisure time has helped him to get strength and self control…

“Manual work is endless reading. All you have to do is work happily. It’s the easiest way to stay young” is the motto of Loïc, an after-sales technician, when he’s working but also when he’s tinkering, travelling or playing football.

In her free time, Emilia enjoys cooking and sharing good food with her family and friends and to unwind she plays badminton or runs with her colleagues!

At Steritech, she brings her expertise in food processing and helps clients develop and optimize their recipes.

Christophe NICOLA came to reinforce the sales department of STERITECH, in order to take care of all the French speaking part.

As Head of Scheduling and Planning at STERITECH, Aurélien undoubtedly has to be extremely rigorous. So when he puts on his RCS supporter’s gear, you can imagine him letting off a bit of steam!

With Sacha, STERITECH’s After Sales Manager, we’re dealing with the 3rd Racing Club de Strasbourg supporter in the company’s team! No doubt enough to fuel lively comments during coffee breaks ☺

Thanks to her perseverance and insatiable thirst for learning, Aurore is brilliantly supporting our Purchasing and HR departments as an Assistant. Once her day’s work is done, she fully embraces her second life, which is particularly rich and varied! Between diligently monitoring a renovation project, her passion for gardening and the joyful presence of her many animals – from fish to horses, chickens and tortoises – sleep is no match for her dynamism!

Nicolas HOFFMANN, team leader of the assembly technicians at the STERITECH workshop, is described by his colleagues as helpful, respectful and discreet. In his private life, Nicolas is a keen sportsman (cycling, judo). He has a passion for bowling and geocaching.

When Maxime EBY isn’t in the stands supporting Strasbourg’s Racing Club with his family, or out on the pitch with his amateur club, it’s in the automation and electricity department that he brings his expertise in electrical schematics!

Nicolas BURGARD is very proud to be “made in France” within an Alsatian SME, or rather “made in Elsass”! Between his motorbike, his love of nature and shooting sports in his spare time, at Steritech Nicolas always has several strings to his bow to bring his humorous touch to the BE Automatisme team. 😊

As a thermal and commercial engineer, you have to be interested in everything and that’s what Faycal does! Very curious by nature, he spends his time reading books in order to learn more about the world around him.
He is always ready to spend a great time talking, whether it is with his family, friends or colleagues.

Aylin, who is passionate about technical conception, joined our Mechanical Engineering Department in 2023 as a Technician! Her ambition and motivation are the cornerstones of her personality.
Outside work, she has a keen interest in music, cinema and walking. Reading novels gives her peace of mind, balancing her professional dynamism with moments of tranquillity.

Charles, our information systems apprentice, loves music and sport (but only on TV!).
He’s more of a homebody and likes to spend his evenings discovering video games in front of his console.
He has a very special collection at home… Katanas!
Of course, he only uses them for decoration 😅

Jules was hired in September 2019, as a boilermaker welder. Outside of his work, he is particularly fond of mechanics and DIY.

Michaël is a real sportsman at heart, between competing in triathlons and hiking with his family at weekends!
His calm demeanour and team spirit are qualities he greatly appreciates at work, where he is always on hand to support his colleagues as a Warehouse Logistician.

Yvan is always ready to talk, whether in Spanish as part of his job as an apprentice salesman, or with his friends about the world he loves, such as Star Wars!
Always keen to discover new things, Yvan has many interests outside work: sport, cinema, motor racing, skiing and playing the piano.
You can see that he always gives 100% in what he does and that his interests drive him (he always comes with his Redbull cap or jacket to the office). 😋
