Agnès and Patrice CAMU
Looking at Patrice CAMU and his wife comfortably seated in STERITECH Head Office, one can hardly imagine that they started their business in a garage!
In 1988, Patrice CAMU left his former job in which he did not have the opportunity to develop his new ideas, and set up his own company, offering the first computer-controlled autoclaves on the international market, particularly in Germany!
The CAMU couple had to work very hard, with tenacity and a lot of passion and humility to bring up the Company to the level where it is today after more than 35 years.
After supporting her husband during the first years of their business, Agnès CAMU has now come back to her initial passion: Aubusson Tapestry work, which she practices with much talent. Nevertheless, she remains actively involved in all the strategic decisions of the Company.
Pierre GAVIGNON is President of STERITECH , and he is involved in many areas of the firm: R & D, Engineering, Marketing… always perfectly calm in all circumstances, but overflowing with relentless energy!
His secret lies probably in the many activities he practices during his leisure time, such as bee-keeping, permaculture, ecology, and the like …

At STERITECH, Pierre GAVIGNON, Chairman, is on all fronts: R&D, Technical, Sales… and he’s always calm as a cucumber! But where does his positive energy come from?
No doubt from the many secret gardens he cultivates in his spare time: bee-keeping, permaculture, ecology.
Tania PERESSONI - LESIEWICZ
Tania is STERITECH Administrative and Financial Director. Far from the usual cliché about the austere profile of accountants and financial executives, Tania is a very pleasing person, smiling and exuberant! She practices many sport and cultural activities, which fuel her tremendous positive energy.
David BATTISTA
David has been STERITECH Shop Foreman since 2012, showing a great deal of dedication, rigor, and attention to detail. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the doting Daddy and do shopping with his two beloved daughters!
Henri WENGER
If you can’t find Henri in the automation design office, he is probably discovering new horizons on his motorcycle or boat! He is always willing to learn new things, that’s what makes his strentgh every day.
Eric EBERHARDT
Eric started his work as Assembly-Welder in 2017. He loves open-air activities, hiking, and mountain bike.
Marine HAMMANN
Marine, our apprentice sales technician and sales assistant, brings her joy of life to the office!
With her many passions, including modelling, watercolour painting, candle decorating and crochet, she loves to let her creative side shine through. As for sport, she alternates between swimming, weight training and Pilates, not forgetting her passion for Formula 1!
Adriano TESTA
Conscientious : is undoubtedly an essential quality that Adriano already possessed when he joined STERITECH in 2016.When he is not working as a welder, this young man escapes by walking and by hitting… tennis balls !
Mr Christophe WENDLING
Christophe WENDLING, Automation and IT Manager, has a formidable weapon with which to create a good atmosphere in his department: his smile!
Théo BRULEZ
Within the Automation Department, Théo is recognized for his good humor and constant smile. Originally from Nancy, he now enjoys the tranquility of the countryside, away from the urban hustle. While he cherishes moments with his loved ones and cats, Théo is also eager to explore new horizons, combining travel for Steritech with his passion for adventure!
Daniel DEPARIS
Daniel has worked as a welder at STERITECH since 2012. Known as “Dany”, he is very active in his spare time, practicing open-air activities, motor bike, do-it-yourself, cooking, and wine tasting!
Yvan BARTH
Yvan is always ready to talk, whether in Spanish as part of his job as an apprentice salesman, or with his friends about the world he loves, such as Star Wars!
Always keen to discover new things, Yvan has many interests outside work: sport, cinema, motor racing, skiing and playing the piano.
You can see that he always gives 100% in what he does and that his interests drive him (he always comes with his Redbull cap or jacket to the office). 
Sonia LAZARUS
Sonia, our Purchasing Manager, embodies perseverance and uprightness in everything she undertakes. Outside her professional role, she finds her balance in outdoor activities such as motorcycling, hiking and motorhome escapades. A keen fisherwoman, she also enjoys quiet moments by the water.
Victor ZANNA
If you don’t find Victor in his office or on the road developing business in German speaking countries, he is probably on stage playing bass in his band.
Mr Benjamin GUIGON
Benjamin GUIGON, our Automation Engineering Manager, brings his rigour, joy of life and adaptability to our team. Apart from his responsibilities, he finds his balance by spending precious time with his family, hiking or riding his motorbike!
Yaëlle SYLVAIN
When she’s not travelling to the 4 corners of the world, Yaëlle enjoys photography and hiking in the mountains. After an internship and apprenticeship at Steritech, it’s with a big smile that she joins us as HR Officer.
Mr Thierry MEYER
In charge of managing STERITECH Technical Office, and showing rigor and creativity, Thierry M. practices sport and enjoys open air activities.
Benjamin FIEDLER
A great sportsman at heart, when Benjamin isn’t at Steritech as an Industrial Engineer, he puts on his running shoes, walks or grabs his mountain bike to set off and discover the mountains and new horizons.
Mr Gabriel MULLER
Gabriel is responsible for designing STERITECH mechanical projects, and a dedicated supporter of Strasbourg Football Club. Please refrain from criticism of Strasbourg TeamJ
Mrs Jennifer BIHLER
Jennifer works as assistant in STERITECH Accounting Office. But she is also skilled in measuring sugar, flour and other key ingredients for making succulent pastry!
Alban FROMENTAU
Alban’s versatility is one of his greatest characteristics! At weekends, he puts on his DJ hat to mix at birthday parties, or his biker’s hat to travel the roads of Alsace, and during the week, Alban wears his technician’s assembly and after-sales service hat.
Mr Sébastien WEIL
Keen of all kinds of sliding sports (kitesurf, wakeboard, snowboard), Sébastien brings a new lease of life to STERITECH’s mechanical Engineering Office, which he has been managing since the end of 2018.
Rémy LE MOIGNE
Lucas joined the STERITECH team as aOriginally from Brittany, Rémy, our Storekeeper-Logistician, recently dropped anchor in Alsace! Passionate about martial arts and video games, he skilfully juggles his interests. And to make us even prouder, our team includes a former French team billiard champion :)!n apprentice after sales assembler technician in July 2019. He is a great party-goer with his friends and enjoy hosting evenings. Thank you to him for his zest for life and his good humour!
Mr Maxime KIEFFER
When he leaves his job as welding coordinator and technician in the Mechanical Engineering Department, Maxime KIEFFER is a calm man who seeks adrenalin in French boxing and motorcycling, or the pleasures of taste from his kitchen!
Mr Thierry LECHNER
For over 30 years, Thierry LECHNER has been STERITECH Sales Manager. He is fully dedicated to the development of the business, at both international and national levels, with considerable pugnacity. No doubt that his experience in the teaching of martial arts (as a Federal Karate Instructor) in his leisure time has helped him to get strength and self control…
Pauline MOSER
Originally from Haute-Marne, Pauline worked in a forge before discovering our beautiful Alsace and joining Steritech! Pauline, a technician in our mechanical engineering department, is extremely rigorous in everything she does! An avid fan of manga and drawing, she also relishes the adrenalin of motorcycling and enjoys DIY moments with her partner.
Loïc MUNSCH
“Manual work is endless reading. All you have to do is work happily. It’s the easiest way to stay young” is the motto of Loïc, an after-sales technician, when he’s working but also when he’s tinkering, travelling or playing football.
Christine JUNG
Born in Hoerdt, the Alsatian city of asparagus, and married to a stockbreeder, she chose to work in an office far from her farm, and provides efficient administrative support always with good mood to STERITECH Management since 1995.
Florian BRUCKMANN
An automation apprentice, Florian combines rigour and method both at work and on the tatami, where he is a 1st DAN!
Curious by nature, he likes to understand how things work and share his knowledge by giving judo lessons.
Aurélien SCHMITT
As Head of Scheduling and Planning at STERITECH, Aurélien undoubtedly has to be extremely rigorous. So when he puts on his RCS supporter’s gear, you can imagine him letting off a bit of steam!

Christophe NICOLA came to reinforce the sales department of STERITECH, in order to take care of all the French speaking part.
Sacha MICHAELI
With Sacha, STERITECH’s After Sales Manager, we’re dealing with the 3rd Racing Club de Strasbourg supporter in the company’s team! No doubt enough to fuel lively comments during coffee breaks 
Aurore WANNER
Thanks to her perseverance and insatiable thirst for learning, Aurore is brilliantly supporting our Purchasing and HR departments as an Assistant. Once her day’s work is done, she fully embraces her second life, which is particularly rich and varied! Between diligently monitoring a renovation project, her passion for gardening and the joyful presence of her many animals – from fish to horses, chickens and tortoises – sleep is no match for her dynamism!
Nicolas HOFFMANN
Nicolas HOFFMANN, team leader of the assembly technicians at the STERITECH workshop, is described by his colleagues as helpful, respectful and discreet. In his private life, Nicolas is a keen sportsman (cycling, judo). He has a passion for bowling and geocaching.
Massar SOW
His constant smile and ability to see the bright side of things make Massar a much-appreciated colleague!
Passionate about mechanics, he works as an engineer in our design office, and also devotes some of his personal time to it between two workout sessions or basketball matches that he watches on TV.
Maxime EBY
When Maxime EBY isn’t in the stands supporting Strasbourg’s Racing Club with his family, or out on the pitch with his amateur club, it’s in the automation and electricity department that he brings his expertise in electrical schematics!
Mathilde PIERRAT
Mathilde, an industrial IT and software development engineer at STERITECH, is passionate about travelling and a wide range of activities! A musician since childhood, she plays the transverse flute with a passion. She’s always up for a game, whether on screen or around a table, and has a weakness for tarot! Sincere, patient and caring, Mathilde embodies these qualities in every aspect of her life, whether professionally or in her personal relationships.
Raphaël LEMBLE
Raphaël, our boilermaker apprentice and future expert in stainless steel TIG welding, also excels in the world of video games!
He’s always up for a new challenge, whether it’s with a welding rod or a joystick!
Nicolas BURGARD
Nicolas BURGARD is very proud to be “made in France” within an Alsatian SME, or rather “made in Elsass”! Between his motorbike, his love of nature and shooting sports in his spare time, at Steritech Nicolas always has several strings to his bow to bring his humorous touch to the BE Automatisme team. 
Mickaël LAUGEL
Mickaël, our apprentice mechanical fitter, combines his passion for mechanics with his work and hobbies! A real car enthusiast, he likes to take part in gatherings of modern and classic cars. Outside work, he also excels at sport, particularly cycling, where he is constantly pushing himself to the limit.
Faycal MAKDISSY
As a thermal and commercial engineer, you have to be interested in everything and that’s what Faycal does! Very curious by nature, he spends his time reading books in order to learn more about the world around him.
He is always ready to spend a great time talking, whether it is with his family, friends or colleagues.
Jordan EHRMANN
Jordan’s main hobbies are looking after his dog, cycling and sport. His meticulous and serious nature make him the ideal employee for a boilermaker welder.
Aylin SAHAN
Aylin, who is passionate about technical conception, joined our Mechanical Engineering Department in 2023 as a Technician! Her ambition and motivation are the cornerstones of her personality.
Outside work, she has a keen interest in music, cinema and walking. Reading novels gives her peace of mind, balancing her professional dynamism with moments of tranquillity.
Mr Christophe DOUVIER
Christophe D. is a welder in the boiler making workshop. And when he removes his protective mask, he enjoys long hikes in the woods, watching out for the forest king, the stag!
Charles SIMON
Charles, our information systems apprentice, loves music and sport (but only on TV!).
He’s more of a homebody and likes to spend his evenings discovering video games in front of his console.
He has a very special collection at home… Katanas!
Of course, he only uses them for decoration 
Chloé ACKER
Chloé, our apprentice, assists us on a daily basis with the administrative and accounting management of the company. Passionate about fashion and photography, Chloé is a curious person! When she’s not on the hunt for new trends, you’ll find her hiking or immersed in a captivating video game.
Jules PARUTTO
Jules was hired in September 2019, as a boilermaker welder. Outside of his work, he is particularly fond of mechanics and DIY.
Michaël GARNIER
Michaël is a real sportsman at heart, between competing in triathlons and hiking with his family at weekends!
His calm demeanour and team spirit are qualities he greatly appreciates at work, where he is always on hand to support his colleagues as a Warehouse Logistician.
Paul BECHLER
Paul, silver medallist for his participation in the Best Apprentice in France 2023 competition, brings a touch of positivity to the Boilermaker Welders team every day!
Lucile HUMBLOT
Lucile, our Food Process Engineer, puts her expertise in process engineering and food science at the service of our customers with a calm and caring approach. Outside work, she is passionate about discovering new countries and hiking! She also enjoys sharing time with friends and family over a good meal.
Alessandro WEIL
Alessandro, our mechanics apprentice, is always in a good mood! He’s a real Scuderia Ferrari fan, and also loves team sports like basketball and football!
Thomas DRANSART
Thomas DRANSART, apprentice Automatician, feeds his curiosity and thirst for learning in a wide range of fields that fascinate him, such as mechanics, cars, motorbikes and mountain biking.
When he’s not tinkering, he can be found on the hiking trails!

Thomas RICHERT, passionate about cars, music, and discovering new things, brings his friendly attitude and constant smile to the Technicians team, contributing to a very pleasant work environment!
Guillaume STAINE
Attracted by automation in a professional and personal context, Guillaume doesn’t lack logic and curiosity! Our automaticien doesn’t miss a single moment to take care of his canine friend or to go scuba diving!
Loanne DETTWILLER
As Administrative and Purchasing Assistant, Loanne brings a sense of rigour and determination to her work. A music fan, she enjoys singing as much as attending concerts. She also finds her balance by exploring new paths on her walks!
Marcel HELMSTETTER
Marcel, Technical Fitter – After-Sales Service, tackles every challenge with perseverance and good humour. A keen footballer and traveller, he enjoys playing as part of a team on the pitch as much as discovering the world!
